About Curivari Buenaventura Maduro

The line. Buenaventura Maduro debuted at PCA in July 2023. It extends the Buenaventura family begun in 2012. Contemporary coverage distinguished it from Pralines despite both using Mexican wrappers. The company described more ligero in the Maduro filler. Five formats formed the launch range. cigaraficionado.com

The brand. An older Curivari maker catalog describes Cuban Criollo and Corojo seed grown in Nicaragua. Its focus was a Cuban-style flavor profile and triple caps. That historical all-Nicaraguan statement predates later Mexican-wrapped lines and does not establish Maduro’s current recipe. curivari.com
