BREAKING
CIGARS

For cigar lounge owners

Members rarely quit. They drift.

We run the follow-up that catches it, in your name.

  • Renewals that slip past
  • Regulars who go quiet
  • Guests nobody calls back

We fix all three. Keep reading to see how.

01 · Inquiries

A guest asks about joining.

We reply in your name, with a time to come in and see the room.

02 · Renewals

A renewal comes due.

The reminder goes out before the date, while there's still time to talk.

03 · Win-back

A regular goes quiet.

A few quiet weeks bring a personal note and a reason to come back.

The offer

We bring members back, in your name.

Start with a 60-day pilot. You pay the second half only if it brings in the amount we agree.

  • 01Recovery pilot 60 daysWe reach up to 2,000 past guests and members with one offer to come back.
  • 02Member retention monthlyInquiries, renewals and quiet regulars, followed up every week.
  • 03Local growth monthlyEverything in retention, plus local search, referrals and partner venues.

How members walk away

Nobody quits. They just stop coming in.

  1. A guest asks your bartender about a locker. He's told to check the website.
  2. Nobody takes his name. Nobody follows up.
  3. A member's renewal date passes on a Tuesday. Nobody notices for a month.
  4. A new hire is asked about your member program. He's never heard of it.
  5. A regular stops coming in. A lounge across town remembers his order.
  6. Nobody told him no. Nobody told him anything. So he moved on.

Where they slip away, and what we fix

  1. The question at the bar.We reply in your name, with a clear next step.
  2. The first visit.A welcome note that makes a new guest feel expected.
  3. The renewal nobody tracks.Reminders go out before the date, not after.
  4. The one follow-up that got no answer. We follow up again, politely, until they reply.
  5. The regular who goes quiet.A note brings him back before he's gone for good.
  6. The listing with last year's hours. An accurate Google listing, and every review answered.

The problem

Every rented channel is closed.

In the platforms' own words, checked 12 October 2026.

Can a cigar lounge advertise on Google or Meta?

No, both ban cigar ads, so what works is your member list and your front door.

The offer

Start with a pilot. Stay if it pays.

Every level is priced per location, after the first call. The pilot never rolls into a monthly plan on its own.

01 · 60 days

Recovery pilot

Bring back people who already know the room.

  • Up to 2,000 past guests and members, permission checked first
  • One comeback offer, with its own sign-up page
  • Two email waves, plus follow-up with everyone who answers
  • Up to 50 replies handled in your name
  • A closing report of money collected, after costs

Half the fee waits. You pay it only if the pilot brings in the agreed amount, collected, within 60 days.

02 · Monthly

Member retention

Keep the members you have and fill the open lockers.

  • Inquiry, welcome, renewal and win-back emails, running every week
  • Two member campaigns a month, for events and new arrivals
  • A monthly letter, plus follow-up with people who asked but haven't joined
  • Up to 50 guest conversations a month, answered for you
  • Your membership sign-up page, kept working
  • A monthly report of collected member revenue, after perks

Pilot work carries over. No second setup.

03 · Monthly

Local growth

For lounges with room beyond their regulars.

  • Everything in Member retention, with four campaigns a month
  • Google listing and website fixes, so nearby smokers find you
  • A member referral program, set up and tracked
  • Two local partner campaigns a month, up to 25 venues each
  • Review requests to real guests, and a reply to every review

One location. More locations are scoped together.

  • You approve every message before it goes out.
  • Your member list stays yours.
  • Cancel any month before the next bill.
  • No paid ads, no text messages, no promised rankings.
  • No unlimited content or social posting.
  • We report reviews that break Google's rules. We can't promise removals.

Who does what

You host. We keep the record.

Your team handles

  • Hosting visits and welcoming new members.
  • Approving anything we send in your name.
  • Sharing member records and renewal dates.
  • One contact who answers member questions.

Each month we review

  • Inquiries received, answered and turned into visits.
  • New members and renewals, against your usual renewal rate.
  • Revenue collected, less member benefits and discounts.
  • What we change next month.

Who it's for

Made for lounges with regulars.

One to five locations. We start in the US.

A good fit has

  • Members or regulars who come back.
  • Records you're allowed to email, with renewal dates.
  • Room for more members or visits.
  • Someone on your team who can approve messages.

Probably not right

  • A lounge that just opened.
  • A lounge that's already full.
  • Anyone after a social media posting service.
  • A chain run from head office. That's a different job.

Questions

Before we speak.

Two cigars, whisky glasses and a cutter on a lounge table, from Anatolie's photos
Do you need to be on site?

No. The work is remote. Your team hosts, and we handle the follow-up.

How is it priced?

Per location, after the first call. We look at your member numbers before we quote.

What if the pilot doesn't work?

You owe the second half only if the pilot hits the agreed amount in 60 days. If it doesn't, that half is waived.

Who is it for?

Independent lounges with paying regulars and room for more. You'll need a list you're allowed to email.

Do you have lounge results?

Not yet. The case studies come from other industries, and we label them that way.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Each month you see what the work collected and what we change next.
