The brand. Dean Parsons began Dominican Republic trips in 2005. He founded and trademarked Epic Cigars in 2010. Epic says Parsons worked alongside master blender Rolando Antonio Villamil for over ten years. It does not assign Villamil to every line. epiccigars.com
